Should you ask me what’s the staple stuff which i keep in my fridge all time. The reply is Bread and Eggs. If i’ve each of those, i do know i can whip up anything i need in any minute. 

When i don’t have any time on my hand to do any fancy breakfast. The primary alternative is to make some buttery toast and a few buttery scrambled eggs or i’ll make some french toast or some toast with pouched eggs.

Raw eggs have a reasonably bland flavour, but those that are more sensitive to them may find them overpowering. Because egg yolks are mostly fats, they’ve a buttery flavour, are very creamy, and have a smooth mouthfeel.

  1. Take a bowl. Add in salt and turmeric powder, pour a splash of water and blend well.
  2. Add within the eggs and beat it till fluffy.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan. Pour the eggs in and begin scrambling.
  4. When the eggs starts to get runny, add the soft butter and blend well.
  5. Keep scrambling till it reaches your required consistency.
  6. Now toast your bread in a toaster. Apply butter generously.
  7. Scoop some scrambled egg on top of the toasted bread and sprinkle with some salt and chilli powder.
  8. Enjoy hot.

Take all of your ingredients
take turmeric and water in a bowl
add a pinch of salt
add in eggs and beat them well
I start by toasting the bread
heat oil in a pan
Pour the eggs in
and begin mixing
once it gets to a runny consistency
add your butter
and keep mixing gently
till you reach your required consistency
The toast should be ready now..
Place the bread within the plate
spread some butter
spoon some scrambled eggs on top
sprinkle with some chilli powder and a few salt
