- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup (185 g) white rice, I exploit basmati

- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cups (500 ml) water or broth
