  • All Purpose Flour / Maida – 1 ½ cup / 180 gms

  • Baking Soda – 1 tsp
  • Soya Milk – 1 cup / 250 ml
  • Oil – ¼ cup / 60 ml / 2 fluid ounces
  • Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
  • White Vinegar – 1 tsp

 

 

This recipe calls for normal milk, but i used soy milk to make it complete vegan.You need to use regular milk too.I hope you’ll love this and far as i did and tell me when you try it someday.

Methods to Make Vegan Chocolate Loaf Cake Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree C/ 360 Degree F.
  2. Oil a loaf pan well and sprinkle some flour in it and tap away the surplus.
  3. Take flour, cocoa, baking soda in a bowl and blend well.
  4. Take a bowl. Add in milk, vanilla, vinegar, sugar in it and blend well.
  5. Now sift the dried ingredients in to the wet ingredients. Fold them gently.
  6. Pour this into the prepared tin and throw them within the oven.
  7. Bake for 45-50 mins till they’re cooked. Insert a skewer in the center, if it comes out clean then the cake is cooked.
  8. Let it sit for 10 mins. Now invert the cake to a plate.
  9. Slice and Serve.

Take all of your ingredients

add cocoa to it
now add in some baking soda
and blend all up
Now lets do the wet ingredients..Take soy milk in a bowl
add oil to it
add in vinegar
and a few vanilla essence
pour your sugar in
and blend well
now sift your dry ingredients in
and fold gently
till it’s mixed
Prepare your loaf pan by spraying with oil and flouring on all sides
pour the batter in
and bake it up
Slice and Serve
