Gulab Jamuns, i’ve a serious addiction to those beauties. I can never stop having them. Even yesterday i had three of those beauties which i purchased from my favourite bakery. I like making them too. They could be made so many various ways, in my blog i’ve shared few variations of them and that is one other one. Last diwali i shared sweet potato jamun, so i made a decision to try a version of jamun for this diwali as well. So i made a decision to make paneer jamun and aloo jamun..Shall be sharing the potato jamun tomorrow.

Gulab jamuns are made with so many ingredients. This version is made with paneer and it’s just melt in mouth. You’ll be able to make this using homemade paneer for best results.

Ingredients for Making paneer Gulab Jamuns

  • Paneer Recipe here)
  • All Purpose Flour / Maida
  • Baking Soda / Cooking Soda
    Oil or Ghee
  • Sugar
  • Water
  • Rose Water (optional)
  • Saffron (optional)

Learn how to Make Paneer Gulab Jamun

Sugar Syrup

Take sugar and water in a sauce pan, heat and produce it to a boil, boil it for five mins, it can get thick on this time. Add in  rose water and saffron and pour this right into a large bowl. Keep warm

Paneer Jamun Mixture

1)Start by making sugar syrup..take sugar in a sauce pan

2)Add in water

3)bring it to a superb boil and cook for five mins

4)the syrup should reach sticky stage and never 1 string consistency

5)add few drops of rose essence

6)add a pinch of saffron..put aside and keep the syrup warm and never piping hot

7)now take ingredients for jamun

8)take crumbled paneer in a bowl

9)mash them well

10)now it’s smooth

11)add in flour

12)add a pinch of baking soda

13)knead well

14)it must be smooth

15)take small portion

16)roll it right into a smooth ball

18)drop in hot oil

19)fry till golden on medium high heat

20)drain and add them to the nice and cozy syrup.
