- 8 cloves Roasted Garlic
- 5 tbsp Roasted Garlic Infused Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Parsley

Cooking Baby Potatoes
Take cleaned small potatoes in a sauce pan. Cover with water. Add in salt and produce it to a boil. Cover and simmer till potatoes are cooked. Strain and put aside.
Flavouring the Oil
Take roasted garlic in a bowl, add within the oil from the roasted garlic together with paprika, salt, parsley and blend well. Mash the garlic roughly and put aside.
Smashing the Potatoes
