Cranberry sauce muffins
I can never have enough of muffins or cupcakes recipe. Every time i try different recipe and every time i carry on loving this. This can be a fluffy and soft muffin recipe. I used my leftover cranberry sauce to make this much more delicious.
Ingredients for Cranberry sauce muffins
- All Purpose Flour / Maida – 1 cup / 120 grams
- Baking Powder – ½ tsp
- Baking Soda – ½ tsp
- Salt – a pinch
- Cinnamon Powder – ½ tsp
- Eggs – 1
- Oil – ¼ cup / 60 ml
- Milk – ½ cup / 120 ml
- Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
- Cranberry Sauce -½ cup (Recipe here)

The best way to Make Cranberry Sauce Muffins
- Preheat oven to 190 degree C. Line a muffin tray with cupcake cases and put aside.
- Take flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon in a bowl and whisk well.
- Now take eggs, oil, milk, vanilla in a bowl and blend well.
- Add within the flour mix and fold gently.
- Now add in cranberry sauce and blend well.
- Spoon this into cupcake wrappers and bake for 20 to 25 mins.
- Remove and let it cool down for 10 mins.
- Now serve.
