I can never have enough of muffins or cupcakes recipe. Every time i try different recipe and every time i carry on loving this. This can be a fluffy and soft muffin recipe. I used my leftover cranberry sauce to make this much more delicious.

Ingredients for Cranberry sauce muffins

  • All Purpose Flour / Maida – 1 cup / 120 grams
  • Baking Powder – ½ tsp
  • Baking Soda – ½ tsp
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Cinnamon Powder – ½ tsp
  • Eggs – 1
  • Oil – ¼ cup / 60 ml
  • Milk – ½ cup / 120 ml
  • Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
  • Cranberry Sauce -½ cup (Recipe here)

The best way to Make Cranberry Sauce Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degree C. Line a muffin tray with cupcake cases and put aside.
  2. Take flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon in a bowl and whisk well.
  3. Now take eggs, oil, milk, vanilla in a bowl and blend well. 
  4. Add within the flour mix and fold gently.
  5. Now add in cranberry sauce and blend well.
  6. Spoon this into cupcake wrappers and bake for 20 to 25 mins.
  7. Remove and let it cool down for 10 mins.
  8. Now serve.

take your ingredients..Preheat oven to 190 degree C.

take sugar in a bowl

 

 

 

 

add in milk

 

 

add in flour mix

 

fold gently

 

add in cranberry sauce

scoop it into muffin cases
