Pour in 1 tbsp of milk and proceed beating. Now add one other 2 cups of of the icing sugar one cup at a time and beat well. Now add one other tbsp of milk and beat well. Proceed to beat till it gets fluffy and glossy. Add in vanilla essence and beat till fluffy.
- Decorate cake and luxuriate in.
Decorate Bunny Cake
- Cut the cake in half and sandwich each with the frosting. Cut a piece of cake as shown in pictures and place it as tail by securing it with toothpick. Now cover the complete cake with frosting and top with coconut.
- Now dye the remaining butter cream with green food color and pipe it across the plate to resemble grass.
- Place candies for eyes and nose. Cut chart paper like ears and place it within the cake.
- Now bunny cake is prepared.
