I whipped up the Sneaky chickpea burgers inside minutes. Burgers from the book below with a healthy helping of basil. Hubbs has been devouring these as snacks together with his evening tea, while he preps for his weekend hike.

The cashew ginger sauce was obviously going to be successful because you realize, anything nutty and ginger sauce! I added some bean sprouts and carrots and healthy garnish of pepper flakes to round it off as a meal.
