10 Dates (pitted)
3 cups Milk (chilled)
½ cup Oats
Make Oats Smoothie Recipe (Oats Dates Smoothie Recipe)
- Soak Dates in ½ cup of milk for 15-20 mins. Toast oats in a dry pan for about 2-3 mins until it turns somewhat color and a pleasant aroma comes out of it. Remove it and permit to chill down.
- Now take the soaked dates together with the milk together with oats and sugar in a blender and make right into a puree.
- Add the remaining milk and whiz it up.
Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
