It has strawberries, bananas, oats and flax seeds as well. And that i used soy milk for this, so it’s much more healthy. You should use normal milk as well. Since i used sweetened soy milk, i didn’t add sugar, i believed the sweetness from banana and soy milk could be enough. So should you want you possibly can add sugar or honey to taste
