Use China Grass | Agar Agar Strips

1)I made a batch of rose milk. It’s nothing but milk boiled with sugar for five minutes. Let it cool down, then mix in few drops of rose milk extract. Take the rose milk in a bowl.

That is how I cook sago pearls. Bring 3 cups of water to a full boil in a sauce pan. Add in ¼ cup to ½ cup of sago into the boiling water. Mix it very well with a ladle. Lower the flame and cook for 10 minutes until the sago turns translucent. Cover the sauce pan with a lid and take it off the warmth. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Now strain the sago mix in a strainer and rinse under cold water till it gets completely cold. Thats it.

Add within the cooked sago into the rose milk. Mix well.

2)Add in soaked sabja seeds. I soaked 1 tbsp of sabja in ¼ cup of cold water for 10 minutes. Add sabja into the rose milk. As an alternative of sabja, you may add chia seeds or totally skip this step. Add in cut up rose pudding cubes.
