Ingredients for Mango Milk
Mangoes
Use seasonal ripe mangoes for best taste. Mangoes at its peak of ripeness or over ripe mangoes may be used. I like to choose mangoes that are fragrant and sweet like alphonsa, panganapalli variety.
Sugar
The quantity of sugar depends upon the sweetness of mangoes. Because the syrup is mixed with milk you may have so as to add extra sugar to balance the sweetness.
Milk
Boil and refrigerate milk. Add as much mango syrup as you like. Whole milk may be substituted with oat milk, soy milk or unflavoured almond milk.

4)Puree till smooth

5)Take it in a sauce pan

6)Add in sugar

7)Add in water

8)Mix well

9)Bring it to a boil

10)Simmer for few mins

11)Put aside

12)Place a sieve on top of jug

13)Pour it through sieve

14)Now it’s strained

15)Sauce done.

6)Pour cold milk
