About Chilli Paneer Recipe
Chilli Paneer is a widely known Indo-Chinese dish. Even for beginners, the recipe for chilli paneer is sort of easy and simple. Paneer is first coated in a cornstarch batter and fried until crisp. Then, ingredients reminiscent of garlic, capsicum, and spring onions are sautéed to make a fresh chilli sauce. The sauce is then made by combining red chilli
sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar. Serve with rice or noodles.
This dry dish is sweet to have it as appetizer also. I’ll soon share a gravy version of it soon. You possibly can check my other paneer recipes also. So do this out and let me know the way it seems for you.

Ingredients for Restaurant Style Chilli Paneer
Paneer
Paneer has a gentle, milky flavour and a dense crumbly texture that enhances the strong spicy flavours present in many traditional Indian dishes. Since it doesn’t melt like other cheeses, chunks of it may well be stirred into soups or curries and stay whole.
Capsicum
Due to their higher sugar content, red capsicums are the sweetest and highest in vitamin C and beta carotene. Orange and yellow capsicums contain nearly as much sugar as red capsicums, whereas green capsicums have a low sugar content on account of early picking, which provides them a rather bitter taste.
Spring Onion
Spring onions are very young onions which have been harvested before the bulb has had a probability to swell. The long, slender green tops and small white bulb are each edible and might be eaten raw or cooked.
Red Chilli Sauce
Probably the most common recipe for this sauce includes dried red chilies, vinegar, tomatoes, and sugar, but other variations are possible. It’s used to flavour quite a lot of dishes from various cuisines, starting from Chinese to Mexican.

The way to Serve Chilli Paneer as Appetizer
That is the chilli paneer bites which i served for maha birthday and everybody loved it. It was tangy, spicy and packed a punch within the party.
That is your normal chilli paneer. But i modified it so i can serve it in a toothpick. It is really easy to make and it can make your party really special. The one thing is you may have to chop your paneer cubes a bit big, so i soaked that paneer in some hot water so it gets soft. I used cherry tomatoes to make it look beautiful, should you cannot get it, you should use normal tomatoes which is cubed.
