For Dressing:
- Olive Oil / Salad Oil – 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice – 2 to three tbsp
- Water – 1 tbsp
- Oregano – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar – ½ tsp
- Black Pepper – ½ tsp crushed
- Garlic – 2 small cloves minced
