Coleslaw is one dish which i desired to share for quite an extended time. It’s a sort of cabbage and carrot salad with an exquisite creamy mayo dressing.So good by itself, but taste wonderful on the side of some burger, fried chicken or sandwiches.

Ingredients for Summer Coleslaw Recipe
- Cabbage – 4 cups shredded
- Carrot – 2 cup grated
- Spring Onions – 1 chopped finely
- Mayonnaise – ¼ cup
- Mustard Sauce – 2 tsp
- White Wine Vinegar – 2 tsp or to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sugar – 2 tsp
- Pepper to taste

- Mix mayo, salt, sugar, pepper, white wine vinegar and mustard in a bowl and blend well.
- Now take cabbage, carrot and spring onion in a bowl. Pour dressing over and toss well.
