Ennai Kathirikai Kulambu Recipe
This can be a dish which makes my mouth water after I give it some thought. Such a flavourful dish, but should you are in food regimen like me, steer clear of this. Since it has a lot of oil in it.But I really like to make this for my amma, because she go crazy for brinjals.
What a loving daughter can do greater than this. I made this couple of weeks before and amma ate this for two days keeping within the fridge.
