  • Oil – 3 tblsp
  • Garlic – 2 tblsp chopped finely
  • Spring Onion – 2 chopped finely
  • Green Chillies – 2 chopped finely
  • Egg – 3 to 4
  • Salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
