Coriander Roti Recipe
We devour plenty of chapati and roti than rice, which is common with a typical South Indian family. Because hubby and me love chapatis greater than rice. But I attempt to make it much more special by adding something in it and make it a bit of different than the same old ones. Last month I made this chapati just by adding some cilantro in it, since I had plenty of cilantro lying poorly in my fridge for few weeks.
But later I discovered that it gave a pleasant flavour to it and truly the chapatis looked so pretty with those little specks of green popping throughout them. We had it with nice spicy chicken curry which is so rattling easy to make, I’ll post that very soon. Now off you go to the recipe and tell me what’s your way of creating chapati looks pretty.
