I like aloo paratha, it’s my all time favourite. I at all times make it that way with lot of herbs and stuffs in it. This recipe is type of easy and dhaba style, loved it to the core.
About Aloo Paratha Recipe
It is a soft yummy paratha dish that’s a lot of us favourite. I actually have my very own way of creating it. I like plenty of stuffing contained in the paratha, so I often make the potato ball somewhat larger than the dough. And likewise I add some chat masala within the filling which makes the filling more tasty.
The perfect combination for that is pickle raita. It shouldn’t be a giant deal to make. Just take some mango pickle and blend it with thick curd. That’s it pickle raita is prepared. Essential step on this dish is please attempt to marinate the dough for 15 min, this what makes the paratha soft and simple to roll. I served this with pickle raita. So please do this and let me know what you think that.
