Aloo Paneer Kulcha Recipe

I made this dish for dinner yesterday and I gotta let you know this, It was so soft and just melts in your mouth. Since I added potatoes within the dough it was so soft, but that is entirely optional. I used paneer within the filling, but you may use tofu also.

It is a thick form of paratha so that you don’t need to use a rolling pin for rolling this, just press the dough together with your hands. This is ideal for lunch box for youths, since they love paneer and potatoes. Please do that and let me know what you think that.
