6)Add sugar
7)Heat till it simmers.
8)Now the milk has began to boil.

9)Whisk till combined

11)Add vanilla extract. That is my homemade vanilla bean extract
12)Mix well. The black seeds you see on top are pure vanilla bean.
13)take your moulds.
14)Pour custard on top.
15)Pop this in fridge and leave to set overnight.
16)Run a knife across the panna cotta.
17)Dip it in warm water for just 2 seconds.
18)Un mould.

20)Serve with compote and caramelized nuts.
