You all know my love for baking bread at home from my array of bread post in my blog. To date i’ve tried so many versions of bread like 100% Whole Wheat Bread, White Bread, Multi Grain Bread. And that i went a bit fancy and made a Homemade Panettone & Focaccia Bread. To date the whole lot turned out so beautiful and so they all been my favourite ones.

How you can Make White Sandwich Bread
Activating Yeast
Take yeast in a bowl. Pour in some water and sugar. Mix this well and put aside for five mins till it foams up.
Making Dough
Take flour and salt in a bowl and blend well. Pour within the yeast water and a few more additional water and knead right into a dough. Add in oil and knead it for five mins. Transfer this to a well oiled bowl and canopy it tightly. Let it rise for a hour or hour and half till it’s double in size.
Shaping Bread
Now add ½ cup of additional flour and knead right into a soft dough. Grease a loaf pan. Take the dough out and shape right into a loaf shape and place it contained in the pan. Cover with a cling wrap and let it rise till it’s greater than double in size, for a couple of hour.
Baking bread
Preheat the oven to 375 Degree F / 190 Degree C. Bake in a preheated oven for 35 to 40 mins till it’s golden on top and cooked. After 10 to fifteen mins take it out of the pan and leave it to chill completely on a wire rack. Slice and Serve.
