The best way to Make Peanut Butter Energy Bars Recipe
- Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Grease a 15 cm square pan with oil. You’ll be able to line it with parchment paper or foil and grease it with some oil.
- Take flax seed powder in a bowl, add in 3 tbsp of warm water and blend well. Put aside for five mins.
- Take peanuts, oats, peanut butter, dates, sunflower seeds in a blender and crush them coarsely.
- Remove them to a bowl, add in flax seed mix, salt, vanilla and chocolate chips and blend well till it forms a dough.
- Spoon this into the pan and flatten it gently.
- Bake this for 30 to 35 mins until golden.
- Remove it and funky it completely.
- Slice and serve. This may be stored in fridge for per week.
