I saw this recipe in my google plus and it inspired me to try it immediately. Luckily i had all of the ingredients available and made it immediately. This is admittedly an influence packed one. Great for youths, because it has dates, dry fruits and nuts in only one bar. It is admittedly good for them. Plus this can be a no cook and no bake energy bars.

Ingredients for No Cook Energy Bar
- Dates – 1 cup chopped
- Sultanas / Raisans / Currants – ½ cup
- Nuts – ½ cup ( I used, cashews,walnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds)

- Take dates and sultanas in a blender and make it right into a coarse mix. Transfer this right into a bowl.
