No Cook Energy Bar

I saw this recipe in my google plus and it inspired me to try it immediately. Luckily i had all of the ingredients available and made it immediately. This is admittedly an influence packed one. Great for youths, because it has dates, dry fruits and nuts in only one bar. It is admittedly good for them. Plus this can be a no cook and no bake energy bars.

Ingredients for No Cook Energy Bar

  • Dates – 1 cup chopped
  • Sultanas / Raisans / Currants – ½ cup
  • Nuts – ½ cup ( I used, cashews,walnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds)

How you can Make No Cook Energy Bar

  1. Take dates and sultanas in a blender and make it right into a coarse mix. Transfer this right into a bowl.
  2. Now take nuts in a pan and toast till golden, cool them down and take them in the identical blender and powder them.
  3. Add it to the dates and knead well.
  4. Transfer this ball right into a parchment lined plate and roll it little thin.

No Cook Energy Bar Recipe Step by Step

Take your ingredients
You would like some sultanas and dates
and a few nuts, use whatever nuts u like
Take dates in a blender
add in sultanas
pulse till they’re coarsely mixed
take them in a bowl
take nuts in a dry pan
toast them on low heat
now it’s all toasted
remove them to a plate and let it cool
now take them in the identical blender
pulse till they gets coarse 
add it to the dates
now place it on a parchment paper
shape it into rough squares
cover with one other sheet
roll it out
now it’s got little thin
shape the sides as well
put it in fridge
once set, cut it into squares
Store in fridge and serve
