Chocolate Nutri Bars Recipe

I at all times like to have some healthy snacks at home, because if I began craving for something to eat, my first preference could be for deep fried or fatty stuffs. In fact I really like those to eat, but sometimes I feel somewhat guilty in eating that.

Mostly I bake some stuffs like cookies or cake and store it. Sometimes I’m going somewhat healthy and make stuffs like this. But recently I actually have began to make some healthy bars like this. The cool thing about them is you need not follow a recipe to make this. You’ll be able to add whatever floats in your boat. A few of my suggestions are cashews, walnuts and nut varieties like that or throw in some candies or some desiccated coconut or any number of cereals. I hope you bought the ideas.

Ingredients for Nutri Bars Recipe

  • Butter – 50 gms melted
  • Sugar / Honey – 3 tblspn
  • Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
  • Cocoa Powder – 3 tblspn
  • Condensed Milk / Milkmaid – 400 ml can
  • Oats – 2 cups
  • Cornflakes – 1 cup
  • Pressed Rice – 1 cup
  • Sultanas / Kishmish – 3 tblspn
  • Dark Chocolate – 100 gm chopped

Methods to Make Chocolate Nutri Bars Recipe

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 Degree C / 360 Degree F.

  2. Take a tray and line them with aluminium foil. Butter it generously and put aside.Take melted butter in a bowl. Add in sugar and vanilla. Mix well.

  3. Add in cocoa and blend well.Pour in condensed milk and blend well.Now add in oats, cornflakes, pressed rice, sultanas and dark chocolate. Mix the whole lot together.

  4. Now pour this within the prepared tray and throw into the oven. Bake it for 25-30 mins. Remove them from oven and permit it to chill down.

  5. Now cut them into pieces and allow them to cool completely.

  6. Serve with a glass of milk or store the in an air tight container.

Chocolate Nutri Bars Recipe Step by Step Pictures

 

Take all of your ingredients

 

melt some butter

 

add sugar to it

 

add a splash of vanilla

 

now throw in some cocoa

 

and blend well

 

Pour over some condensed milk

 

and blend well

 

throw in cornflakes, oats, and pressed rice

 

 

 

add some raisins

 

and chopped dark chocolate

 

give another stir

 

Line a baking tray with foil and butter generously

 

spoon the mixture into this

 

spread it out evenly

 

and bake it..

 

You will not give you the option to chop into perfect squares. Just break them into pieces

 

much into them with a glass of milk
