Yesterday i received a mail from my viewer asking me to post broken glass jelly pudding. Seriously i have never heard about it before. So i googled it and was totally inspired by the images and desired to make it immediately. Next day when i checked my fridge, i discovered only a packet of raspberry jelly. I wanted some more colors as well, so i asked hubby to get few diff colors of jelly. but to my bad luck green colored jelly is out of stock. I made it in jiffy and it was total hit. Loved it to the core.

Broken glass jello is nothing but multi colored flavoured jelly pieces scattered throughout milk jelly and set in moulds. Great for parties and gatherings.
I loved this pudding a lot, i used to be so delicious. I loved the tart taste of jelly in between the creamy taste of condensed milk mix.It is really easy to make, plus it’s so much fun to make as well. Not to say it’s so yum.

Broken Glass Jelly Pudding Ingredients
- Jelly Crystals
- Gelatin
- Condensed Milk
- Water
- Oil a bit for greasing moulds
Broken Glass Jelly Preparation
Jelly Layer
Start by making jelly. Heat water till boiling, pour 1 cup of water in each jelly crystal and blend well. Pour this in a tin or tray and chill till set.
Milk Jelly Layer
Now pour ½ cup cold water in gelatin and let it soak for five mins. Take this in a saucepan, heat till it’s melted. Put aside. Take condensed milk in a bowl. Within the condensed milk tin pour 1 cup of water and blend well. Pour this over the condensed milk and blend well. Pour the gelatin mix and blend well.
Assembling
Now remove the jelly from fridge slice it into cubes. Take a giant tray or mould to set the pudding. Grease it well with oil. Put the cubes within the mould. Pour the custard mix over this. Chill this for two to three hours till it is ready.
Un moulding
For inverting. Pour hot water in a plate. Dip the mould in the new water. Invert it and slice and serve.
