I used Pineapple slices, I chopped it and used it. These pineapples turned out so good after they are caramelised and had got its touch of fragrant spices like cinnamon. I added a splash of chilli flakes to offer this a tiny little kick.Every part got here out so together in minutes. The cool thing about that is the whole lot is served cold. Take all of your ingredients

 

Take milk in a sauce pan

 

 

 

and oats into this

 

 

till they get thick

 

 

now take your glasses

 

and spoon them in the underside

 

Now make the spiced pineapple…heat some butter

 

add the pineapple

 

 

 

 

and a few chilli flakes

 

allow them to cook

 

 

till they caramalize

 

 

 

Spoon them over the oats

 

Now lets make the vanilla yoghurt..Take curd in a bowl

 

add vanilla

 

 

and blend well ..You might be done

 

spoon them over the glasses

 

Sprinkle with sultanas
