Heat oil in a pan, add in onions, curry leaves, chillies, salt and saute for a min.

Now add in all spice powders and toss well.

Pour this in mashed potatoes and blend well. Divide it into equal portions. Shape it into balls.

Take bread slices and dip into water, squeeze and mash well.

Take small portion, flatten it barely, put potato ball in the middle, cover it up, smooth it up.

Heat oil for deep frying. Drop balls in, and fry till golden.
