  • Pour this in mashed potatoes and blend well. Divide it into equal portions. Shape it into balls.

  • Take bread slices and dip into water, squeeze and mash well.

  • Take small portion, flatten it barely, put potato ball in the middle, cover it up, smooth it up.

  • Heat oil for deep frying. Drop balls in, and fry till golden.

  • Drain and serve.
