But this recipe is one among my top favorite and that is the recipe which I make over and all over again.

Brownies are a wealthy decadent chocolate dessert which takes lower than an hour to make from start to complete. This brownies is made with basic ingredients like butter, sugar, brown sugar, cocoa, flour and eggs.

Fudgy Chocolate Brownies in 3 Easy Steps

Pre-preparation

Use 9×10 baking tray lined with parchment paper. Melt butter in microwave or stove top. Preheat oven to 180 degree C.

Brownie Batter

Mix melted butter, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla, coffee and eggs till creamy and frothy. Add in flour, cocoa power and fold gently. Finally fold in chopped chocolate.

Baking Fudgy Brownies

Bake in preheated oven for 25 to half-hour. Remove it from oven, cool it for couple of minutes. Slice and serve.

Methods to Make Fudge Brownies (Stepwise Pictures)

Mixing Butter with Sugar

1)Take butter in a microwave secure bowl and melted it for 30 seconds in microwave. Leave it aside for five minutes to chill. Now Take melted butter in a mixing bowl.

2)Add in brown sugar. On this brownie recipe, you wish a mixture of brown sugar and regular sugar. The brown sugar keeps the brownies super moist.

3)Add in regular sugar.

4)Add in vanilla extract. Be sure you utilize pure vanilla extract for flavour.

5)Add a pinch of salt into the sugar and butter mixture.

10)I mixed 1 tsp Quick coffee powder with 2 tbsp of hot water. Add this coffee mix into the egg sugar mixture.

12)Add in plain flour and cocoa powder.

13)Mix it gently till combined right into a smooth batter.

14)Add in chopped chocolate chunks. You should use dark chocolate, milk chocolate or semi sweet chocolate chips.

15)Fold the chocolate into the batter gently.

Baking Brownies

16)Line a 9×10 inch pan with parchment paper. Spoon batter into the baking pan. Spread evenly with a spatula.

17)Bake it in a 180 degree C preheated oven for 25 to half-hour till the highest is shiny and crispy. The underneath with be gooey and moist. If you remove the brownies from oven it’s going to look moist and it’s going to proceed to cook because it cools. So don’t over bake the brownies.

18)Once the brownies is faraway from oven. Let it cool for 10 minutes within the pan. Use a butter knife to release the brownies from the edges. Un mould it gently from the baking pan on a cutting board. Allow it to chill for further 10 to quarter-hour. Then slice into pieces.

  • Be sure the butter is melted and cooled for couple of minutes before adding sugar. 
  • Use good quality brown sugar for getting perfect texture.
