Sundakkai Vatha Kuzhambu Recipe
I like making vatha kuzhambu for lunch. Love that spicy and tangy gravy. I even have quite just a few variation of that kuzhambu on this blog, take a look at my kuzhambu list for all recipes. Thus far in my gravies i exploit normal spice powders and make. But couple weeks back i made a decision to try it with puli kuzhambu powder, that too with homemade puli kuzhambu powder.
About Vatha Kuzhambu Recipe
I even have shared sundakkai vathal kuzhambu recipe before. But in that i used vatha kuzhambu podi. This recipe is using the conventional spice powders which is offered at home. It is really easy and so tasty.
I made an enormous bottle the amazing powder from scratch and stored it in my fridge. then i used that and dried turkey berry to make this yummy famous vatha kuzhambu. I should let you know, it turned out so good. The dals within the powder gave the gravy just a little thickness and it turned out perfect. The foremost thing is you will have to taste the gravy after adding all of the ingredients for spiciness, tangyness and adjust them. Give this a attempt to let me know the way it seems for you.
