Ingredients for Paneer Noodles

Paneer

Paneer is a kind of cheese made with milk and lemon juice. You may marinate the paneer in spices and add that to the noodles for more flavour. Homemade paneer could be used or store bought could be used.

Cabbage

While cooked cabbage absorbs the flavours of the opposite foods it’s combined with, raw cabbage has a definite and harsh flavour.

Carrot

Cooking carrots brings out much more of their inherent sweetness. Carrots have a rather sweet flavour as a result of the sugar, but they may also be earthy or bitter.

Pepper

The aroma and flavour of black pepper is intense and pungent. White pepper is spicier, less subtle, and fermented to a lesser extent than black pepper. Green Peppercorn has a softer flavour and a more refreshing flavour.
