Palak Paneer Stir-fry is a straightforward sabzi made with spinach and cottage cheese (paneer) which gets made very quickly.
Palak Paneer is a preferred vegetarian dish made with spinach and cottage cheese. The standard palak paneer is made by cooking spinach puree with onion, tomatoes and spices. Chunks of paneer are then added to the spinach gravy and simmered until the paneer is cooked and becomes flavourful. But, after I don’t have much time readily available or if I’m feeling lazy, then Palak paneer stir-fry is my go-to dish. Palak paneer stir fry is pretty easy to make and gets made under half-hour.
Palak Paneer Stir fry is an ideal dish for days when you desire to rustle up something quickly. This pairs excellently with rotis with pickle on the side.
About Palak Paneer Stir Fry
Palak Paneer Stir Fry is a variation of the classic palak paneer dish. Paneer and palak are stir-fried with spices versus the normal palak paneer recipe. Spinach is an excellent source of iron and paneer being wealthy in protein and calcium, this makes for a healthy recipe. Palak paneer stir fry served with rotis makes for a comforting meal.
