About this Recipe
Cinnamon swirl bread is such a beauty. It’s just delicious because it looks. I actually have already made a version which has eggs in them and it’s one in all my old old post. This one is a updated version and it is completely more delicious than that and pretty easy to make as well.
You’ll get the proper soft textured bread with a yummy buttery sweet cinnamon spread inside it. It’s yummy when served warm with a cup of milk. You may even toast it and spread with some more butter and luxuriate in it for breakfast.
Ingredients for Cinnamon Swirl Bread
- All Purpose Flour / Maida
- Salt
- Sugar
- Milk
- Dry Yeast
- Butter
- Cinnamon Powder

Find out how to Make Cinnamon Bread at Home
- Take 4 tblspn of butter in a sauce pan, add milk and sugar and warmth till sugar is melts. Now take it off the warmth and let it come to warm temp.
- Now sprinkle yeast over it and put aside for five mins.
- Now take flour, salt in a bowl and blend well.
- Add yeast milk mix and knead to a soft dough.
- Now cover it and put aside for 1 hour till it doubles in size. Punch the air out and knead it well.
- Take it in a piece surface. Sprinkle flour underneath it if needed.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon and put aside.
- Now spread over the remaining 3 tblspn of melted butter over the dough. Now sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mix and begin rolling. Pinch the ends and place it in a greased loaf pan and canopy it evenly. Now leave it to rise for one more 1 hour.
- Throughout the last 10 mins of rising. Preheat oven to 180 degree C / 350 degree F.
- Pop this in oven and bake for 35 to 45 mins.
- Now remove it and funky it completely.
- Slice and serve.
