I all the time crave a hearty casserole dish on a chilly winter night. There’s something about an enormous, steaming helping of rigatoni or baked curry that all the time warms me up from the within and satisfies heart and tummy alike.
Casseroles are most times super easy to place together and family-friendly and so they travel well, making them perfect for potlucks and dinner parties!
