I desired to bake a standard easter bread,  Finally today i made a decision to provide this a try. It’s a wealthy, soft and buttery bun.

Ingredients for Easy Easter Sweet Bread

  • All Purpose Flour / Maida – 2 cups + more
  • Sugar – ⅓ cup
  • Milk – 1 cup or as needed
  • Dry Yeast – 2 tsp
  • Egg – 1
  • Unsalted Butter – ¼ cup
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Hard Boiled Eggs – 3

Easy methods to make Easy Easter Sweet Bread

  1. Take flour, salt in a bowl and blend well. Put aside.
  2. Take yeast in a bowl and add little milk over it and blend well. Put aside for five mins. Now it is going to be all activated.
  3. Take milk, sugar in a sauce pan and warmth it..Mix till sugar is melted. Now remove it from heat and add in butter and blend well. Leave it to melt down.   5. Now pour this over the flour and blend to a sticky dough.
  6. Now cover the dough with a plate and let it rise on a warm spot for 1 hour or till it’s doubled in size.
  7. Now add more flour and knead well. Now divide it into three equal portions. take one ball and divide it into two ball..roll it right into a smooth ball.
  8. Boil some eggs for six to eight mins. Drain and put aside.
  9. Now roll take ball right into a log like, and twist it so it’s twisted after which press it together so it’s sealed.
  10. Arrange this in a parchment lined baking sheet and canopy it again and let it rise for 30 mins or so.Now place egg in the middle. 
  11. Within the last 10 min of rising, preheat oven to 180 degree C…Brush the buns with reserved egg and sprinkle with sprinkles.
  12. Now bake this for 20 to 25 mins till golden.Remove it and let it cool for five mins, remove it to a wire rack and funky it completely.

Take flour in a bowl
add in salt
Take yeast in a bowl
add little warm milk to it
put aside till it’s activated
take sugar in a bowl
add in milk and warmth it..
once the milk is hot, remove from heat and add in butter
put aside till it melts..put aside till it cools down
now add in yeast mix
add in egg..reserve a tblspn of egg for egg wash
pour the combination in 
mix well till it forms a sticky dough

 

 

cover with plastic wrap, put aside till it doubles
now it is finished
sprinkle the highest with some flour
knead till smooth
now it’s smooth
take the dough out
divide it to equal portions
cut each in half
roll into smooth ball
roll it into log like
press the ends
seal the perimeters
place it in a greased baking pan..leave it to rise for 30 mins
hard boil some eggs
place egg over it
brush the reserved egg over the buns
top with sprinkles
time to bake
now it is finished
