I’m really excited to share this recipe with you all. Because that is considered one of the recipe which i’ve cooked greater than the rest when i first began cooking, i believe 5 years back. I used to type my recipes and take print out of them and save them in a translucent cover and file them together.

Those recipes are like a treasure. I even have almost forgot many recipes from them till last week. When i used to be my old recipe collections and books, i saw the file which i made years back. I got here across this recipe and remembered the attractive stories behind them.

Immediately i attempted it and took pictures to share it with you all. I call this as my vegetarian egg thoran because this does taste like egg. Imagine me guys it really does…You’ll be able to take a look at my recipe for the eggless french toast recipe. There’s something with the gramflour which really taste like egg when cooked. Take all of your ingredients

 

 

 

Start by making the dosa

 

 

Add spices to gram flour

 

 

Add in salt

 

 

Mix in water to form a batter

 

 

Heat a tawa

 

 

Pour the batter like a dosa

 

 

Flip over and cook

 

 

Remove them to a board

 

 

Chop them finely

 

 

Now make masala, heat oil add in fennel & mustard

 

 

Add in onions and chilli

 

 

Saute for some time

 

 

Add in ginger garlic paste

 

 

Add in salt

 

 

 

 

Now add in half of the spices

 

 

 

 

Add in chopped pieces

 

 

Saute them well

 

 

Drizzle in some more oil

 

 

Fry them well
