Melting Chocolate
Take chocolate in a microwave secure bowl preferably glass. Place chocolate bowl in microwave. De moulding Chocolates
Remove the silicon mould from freezer and invert it on a parchment lined baking sheet. Use your fingers to softly remove each chocolates from the silicon mould. Because it is frozen hard it should release easily from silicon moulds. You’ll be able to serve the chocolate immediately or wrap it with chocolate wrappers and store in fridge for later use.
