Pomegranate Raita
Every time you make any spicy dishes, the right cooling company for it would be raita. This raita i made with pomegranate and it’s certainly one of my fav.
I added some roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt within the yogurt to provide a diff flavour and taste to this.

Ingredients for Pomegranate Raita
- Pomegranate – 1 cup seeds
- Yogurt / Curd- 2 cups
- Salt to taste
- Sugar -1 tsp
- Chaat Masala Powder – 1 tsp or to taste
- Black Salt – ½ tsp or to taste
- Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
- Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves / Cilantro – 4 tbsp finely chopped

The way to make Pomegranate Raita
- Take yogurt in a bowl, beat it well with a whisk till smooth.
- Add all ingredients and blend well.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning.
