I really like papayas. Specially after they are super ripe and sweet. I do know super ripe papaya can get hard to handle and get very messy. But i like the sweet flesh they’ve. I eat them because it is. But after they disintegrate when chopping, i make them into this smoothie and have it.
Ingredients for Papaya Smoothie
- Ripe Papaya – 2 cups peeled and cubed
- Sugar or honey to taste
- Cold Milk – 2 cups
The way to make Papaya Smoothie
- Add all ingredients in a blender and make them right into a smooth puree.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
